When I try to register I get the error message "Another user has already been registered using that email address"
Registration for the site is tied to your email address. Only one login per email address can be registered. If you share an email address with your spouse or family member and you want individual logins, you'll need to register with two different email addresses.
It is possible that you are registered on the Life Group or Online MoneyMap site with this email address. If so, you can use the same user id and password on the Money and Marriage site that you use on the Life Group and Crown Online MoneyMap sites. If you do not remember your user id and or password, you may click the link "Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password" and you will be sent an email with this information. Please be sure to add ws@crown.org to your address book so that you will receive this email message.
When trying to register, I received the message "The address that you provided could not be verified with the United States Postal Service. Please Try Again."
Due to an issue with the address verification module, we have created a registration process that will not require you to verify the address you are registering for the Life Group. Click on the appropriate link below to access the registration. If you are unable to click on the link, you may simply copy and paste the link into the address bar of the browser window. If you cut/paste the link into the address bar, the link starts with https and ends with JJ. You will need to make sure you have the entire URL for it to work properly. https://MoneyandMarriage.org/Registration/Register.aspx?AV=JJ
I am unable to log in with the password that was emailed to me.
It is possible that you need to check your Active X controls if you are using Internet Explorer
- Launch the Internet Browser.
- Click Tools, and then choose Internet Options.
- Click the Security Tab.
- Highlight the Internet option.
- Click Custom Level.
- This new window has a long list of options. You will need to set all ActiveX controls to "prompt" or "enable"
- Now choose the Trusted Sites tab and repeat the above steps. If you are still unable to log in, email ws@crown.org and let them know that you have tried the Active X instructions contained in the MaM FAQs.
