Refund Policy

If the Couples Personality I.D.® Compatibility Assessment fails to meet your expectations, you may contact us for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, go to the Contact Us page, select "Customer Service" under email, fill out the form, and include a copy of your original transaction receipt that was sent to you. Please put "Refund Request" as the subject of your email. This will speed up your refund processing.

After receiving your refund, you will no longer have access to that assessment account.
